Max Kisman gave a lecture at GWA in 2011 about his work as a designer, and made his own poster. ‘A drawing a day keeps the doctor away,’ was one of the messages he gave the audience. Afterwards, he told them that he himself thought this fierce black-and-yellow design was one of his best designs ever. The theme of the lecture was Explicitly Graphic, and the poster was screen-printed at Studio De Kunstzee by Mieke Mens.

Kisman’s lecture was part of a series of guest designers. One of the other luminaries at the time was Gielijn Escher. His poster is also still for sale at GWA.
