After completing a full course, it is possible to come and work independently in the workshop.
This can be done per half day, or by means of a strippenkaart. If you want to work with a technique that requires extra guidance, we will stamp an extra half day on your card. You are expected to know the rules of the workshop and to treat the materials with respect. GWA’s mores are based on the motto ‘with care and policy’. Treat the graphic heritage with care, and help each other whenever possible. In this way, cross-pollinations occur that can turn out to be very valuable.
GWA is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Always make an appointment if you want to come and work, to ensure that the right equipment and any guidance is available.
Cost:
Strippenkaart Groot: 10 strips of 4 hours € 210,00
Strippenkaart Klein: 5 strips of 4 hours € 125,00
Loose strip: € 50,00 per 4 hours.
A strip card includes ink, cleaning solution, cleaning wipes, coffee and tea.
Paper, if in stock, is transferable. For large print runs and ditto ink usage, we charge a small ink surcharge.
Polymer plates: €22.50 per A5*, €45.00 per A4. This includes printing, film, blackmaker. Stamp polymer: ditto, excluding rubber and clichetape.
*The minimum size of polymer sheet you can take down is A5.
